Fees / Insurance
We have in-person therapy sessions in our Front Royal and Fairfax, VA locations. We are also authorized to offer mental health video sessions throughout the entire state of Virginia. We accept Anthem Blue Cross, most other Blue Cross plans, United Healthcare, and Sentara. Sorry we do not accept Medicaid or Medicare plans of any type. For self-pay clients we will give you a detailed superbill which may allow you to get partially reimbursed by your health plan. Fees are due at time of session, and we will ask for a payment method to be placed on file. Please note that you may also use your HSA or FSA funds for our services!
Now if you do not reside in Virginia then we would most likely switch to life coaching services instead due to across state lines medical regulations. Life coaching can also be a powerful way to solve difficult life issues. Please note, life coaching will not be reimbursed by insurance so you will be responsible for the rate yourself.
The first session is an intake session where we need to gather information about yourself and the situation. These are 90 mins long.
Follow up sessions are 53 mins unless otherwise agreed upon. Longer sessions may be scheduled but everything over 60 mins would be charged in 15-minute increments based on the self-pay session rate, although some crisis sessions and sessions with a different insurance code in the same day may be able to be applied.

Fairfax, VA location and telehealth throughout the state of Virginia:
First session: $168 (is a 90 min intake session)
Follow up sessions: $148 per session (53 min)
Front Royal/Winchester metro locations and local telehealth:
First Session: $145 (is a 90 min intake session)
Follow up sessions: $128 per session (53 min)
Do to an internal agreement with these communities, the above discounted rates apply if the client lives in the counties of, or cities or towns located in the Virginia counties of: Clarke, Shenandoah, Warren, Frederick, and Rappahannock.
Life Coaching Rates
Catholic / Christian Life Coaching, offered nationally (video or in-person)
Please note that health insurance does NOT cover any life coaching services costs.
